We have a fully furnished office space with executive suites that have large desks.
Where are you located?
We are away from the financial district, CBD and prime real estate areas. Our offices for lease is in the East and West side of Singapore.
Are you a co working space?
We have executive suites and private offices. We do not have a communal space with one long desk or semi-private cubicles.
What industries do you cater to?
We cater to businesses that do not have to be located in prime real estate areas. Our clients are in the e-business, logistics, publishing, packaging, media and manufacturing. It’s great for a small business owner.
Do you have a shared office?
Our shared office is on a case by case basis. Our dedicated desk would depend on availability. Please give us a call.
Do you have a meeting room?
Some of our areas have meeting rooms and others break out room.

How long is the lease?
Our executive offices have a minimum of a 1-year lease.
How many people can fit in a leased office?
Our small office space for rent can fit 2 to 5 people. We have different sizes, from 80 to 250 square foot suites.
